As you step over the cliff edge your heart beats faster and you grip the rope that bit tighter. Below you, nothing but 30 metres of air. Time to start jumping! As you release your grip you start making your way down the rope with huge leaps and jumps. Your descent is fast and utterly thrilling, this is one heck of a rush!

Are you an adrenaline seeker? If so keep reading. Our super jump abseil is 100% AWESOME

You will have the opportunity to jump as many times as we can fit into the session. Guided by expert instructors you will have two ropes attached to you at all times, the abseil line which you will be controlling your speed and descent with, as well as a safety rope which is controlled by your instructor.

Abseiling is a great activity for the whole family, friends and individuals. It’s an experience like no other. It will heighten your senses as you descend the 30 metre rock face, whilst leaving you with a great sense of achievement.

It’s a great way to spend a few hours whilst learning some new skills along the way. Abseiling in a safe and controlled environment with experienced guides is a fantastic way to face your fear of heights and experience the thrill of abseiling.

Once we are all kitted up in harnesses and helmets we will have a talk about safety and demonstrate how to abseil correctly, after which it will be time to hit the rock for your first attempt at abseiling. Woo hoo!!!

Okay, now it’s time to stand on the edge. It’s all about mind over matter! If you gather the courage to travel down at speed, it’s a real adrenaline rush. You’ll be running back to the top for another go, and be getting faster each time.

In-between turns take in the breathtaking scenery of the Brisbane ranges national park and the surrounding areas.
