“Survival adventure: not to be missed
Fantastic 2 day, overnight adventure with Paul and Kate. Expert tuition, excellent equipment, AMAZING campsite and a great ambience made for an adventure that we didn’t want to end. Getting to base camp was an experience in itself and then we learnt survival basics and priorities, navigation, signalling, scenario planning, and of course multiple ways to make fire. I never thought we would be successful with the bow drill but with Paul’s excellent instruction and support ( and some perseverance) we managed it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”“Excellent family adventure
We took the 2day one night survival training course and Paul & Kate were excellent hosts/instructors with deep knowledge of survival methods and outdoor skills. We wish we had gone for the 2 night version but time was too tight. All the equipment was of high quality and the tea kept flowing- so important for an English family! We all learned how to navigate, make outdoor decisions and find ways to get water from solar stills or transpiration bags on trees! Most satisfying was generating fires via various methods and with a bow drill. We thought it might be cold but the kit provided kept us warm and dry in a stunning setting. The drive in was an adventure in itself with rivers to cross in the cars!
Highly recommend “

Born survivor reviews
“Wilderness survival courseMy husband, my sister and I did the 3 day/2 night wilderness survival training in May 2016 with Paul and Kate. I cannot rave about this course enough! We were a bit nervous that it may be very cold – being winter and everything – but once the fire was started and tents set up, this was not an issue at all. We learnt to build fires, make shelters and navigate – and Paul was a great teacher. We stayed in tents and food was cooked by Kate (amazing good food all cooked on a camping stove)!! Views were amazing and we all learnt some wicked skills!! Thank you to Paul and Kate for an amazing experience.”
